 1. Accessing the CD

 The CD should run automatically. 
  If the CD does not autorun then:
  
  	1. Insert the Pico CD into your CD-ROM drive
  	2. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the CD-ROM drive
  	3. Double-click on the pico.exe program
 
 
 
 
 2. CD Contents

 This CD contains the following:-
 
 \pico.exe 				    - main program from which all features can be accessed
 
 \document\pdf\				    - PDF versions of user manuals (suitable for printing)
 
 \software\linux\			    - Linux drivers
 \software\SDK\				    - Software development kits for Pico products
 
 \software\windows\demo\		    - Demo versions of Pico software
 \software\windows\32bit\		    - Full versions of PicoScope, PicoLog and EnviroMon for 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows XP (SP3), Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (not Windows RT)
 
 \software\USBtoSerialConverter\   	    - Drivers for the USB to Serial Converter
 

 
 
 
 3. Installing the Software
 **************************
 
 Windows XP (SP3), Vista, 7 and 8
 ********************************
 Windows XP (SP3), Vista, Windows 7 and 8 users can install the software using the PICO.EXE program. To install the software manually, run the setup program in the appropriate software directory (see above).
 
 
 Linux
 *****
 Linux drivers are available for many of our products - including the PicoScope 2000, 3000 and 5000 Series of USB Oscilloscopes.
